The Adelaide Riviera Hotel was a redevelopment project of the redundant Kodak Laboratories building to a 4 star hotel.The property is located in North Terrace, Adelaide’s cultural boulevard walking distance from the SkyCity Casino, Rundel Mall and Convention Centre.

The project saw the conversion of the redundant 2 Level Kodak Laboratories to a 4 level, 4 star Hotel with 82 suites, Café,function rooms with commercial kitchen facilities and 42 carparks.

Econ was involved in all aspects from site acquisition, design, construction and management of business operations for over 15 years. Challenges included building two additional floors in Stage 2 while the Hotel business was operational. This was achieved with minimal business disruption.
