Yamaha-Motor Australia was a tender project to design and build a new warehouse and office facility for Yamaha’s growing Motor business.
The property is located Wingfield, one of Adelaide’s most established industrial suburbs approximately 9km north-west of the Adelaide Central Business District.
Econ was engaged by S&T Dantalis Properties Pty Ltd to Design, Document and co-ordinate project consultants.The project brief was to provide Yamaha a new modern Adelaide Headquarters that was specific to their operational requirements and reflects their corporate image.
The building is a purpose built office warehouse building consisting of 2500m² warehouse space, 285m² of office and Canopy loading bay The project was completed within budget and a tight construction deadline.
