The Adelaide Riviera Hotel was a redevelopment project of the redundant Kodak Laboratories building to a 4 star hotel.The property is located in North Terrace along Adelaide’s cultural boulevard in the heart of the medical and university precinct. The hotel is situated directly across the road from the New Royal Adelaide hospital and the iconic SAHMRI building.
The project saw the conversion of the redundant 2 Level office building to a 4 level, 4 star Hotel with 84 suites, Café and Function rooms with commercial kitchen facilities and 42 carparks.
Econ was involved in all aspects from site acquisition, design, construction and management of business operations. Business continuity was achieved with minimal disruption during the challenging phase of building two additional floors in Stage 2 while the Hotel business was operational.
